How does billing and payment work? Once your scheduled service is completed, we will email you a digital invoice. You can pay securely online using your preferred digital payment method, which is our preferred and most efficient way to process transactions. Cash or check made to South Fork Linen Co. is also accepted. Payment is due upon completion of service.
Do I need to be home during the service? That is entirely up to you. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with a key or entry code so they can return to a pristine home, while others prefer to be present.
