• The South Fork Standard: Weekly, bi-weekly, and Signature Deep Cleans all receive the same meticulous white-glove attention to detail. Signature Initial Deep Cleans include inside ovens and refrigerators to establish the standard we maintain with every recurring visit.

• Meticulous Hand-Detailing: Furniture, décor, windowsills, baseboards, doors, trim, light fixtures, and all accessible surfaces are carefully hand-cleaned and dusted.

• Signature Floor Care: Precision vacuuming and meticulous cleaning of hardwood, natural stone, tile, luxury vinyl, and carpeted flooring using premium, surface-safe products.

• The Finishing Touches: Beds are beautifully made, bed linens are stripped, laundered, and replaced, waste is removed, and every room is carefully inspected before our team departs.

  Please Note pricing is based on homes in average condition. In cases where excessive pet hair, pet waste, heavy buildup, or similar conditions require substantially more labor, pricing may be adjusted following the initial walkthrough.
